Skills and Experience:

  • Knowledge and/or experience with Problem Management and Service Level Management
  • Ability to stay up to date with the latest technologies and methodologies
  • Dynamics 365 configuration
  • Ability to deliver interface and process analysis development projects within a repairs and maintenance environment
  • Previous work experience or involvement in mobilisations of R&M contracts in terms of delivering applications and process management
  • Presentation skills with the ability to report, liaise and communicate with external stakeholders
  • Knowledge and experience with Business Analysis
  • Project Management skills (Prince II, Agile)
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Experience managing repairs and maintenance applications
  • Experience of Social Housing

Description of work:

  • Ensure effective delivery of applications, designing and implementing effective system interfaces where required
  • Manage application design and delivery through mobilizations into account management
  • Ensure applications are being used effectively and developments/changes are managed to ensure effective service delivery liaising with clients, suppliers and users
  • Manage relationship with key personnel and representatives to ensure effective communication in delivering required development
  • Provide project planning and monitoring/reporting of progress for mobilizations and projects to deliver improvements, in line with standard project methodologies
  • Provide business analysis functions for change projects to ensure appropriate application solution is delivered
  • Liaise with application support team in delivering effective testing and training of new functions to the contracts and clietns
  • Keeping managements and clients updated on progress, including detailed monthly reports
