Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrable knowledge of the local education, training and employment provision
  • Familiarity with the working practices and environment of educational establishments
  • Experience of managing relationships and projects with external organisations
  • Experience in selling a product or programme to external audiences
  • Experience of using e-mail, internet, word-processing and spreadsheet packages, accurately and with good attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of the challenges young people face within The Trust’s target groups
  • Knowledge of selling techniques and strong presentation skills
  • Good planning and organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work with a wide range of external and internal customers
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work on own initiative to find creative solutions to problems
  • Ability to delivers great outcomes through our vision and strategy, effectively planning and meeting targets and make effective, data-driven decisions
  • Strong awareness and understanding of equal opportunities and the ability to translate these into effective action
  • Ability to deliver training sessions to Partner staff

Description of work:

  • Recruit and induct new Delivery Partners in line with the minimum standards
  • Ensure Delivery and Referral Agreements are signed
  • Complete safety management audits
  • Ensure new partners have received all training and materials in a timely fashion
  • Support partners to ensure delivery meets a range of targets and KPI’s
  • Support delivery partner staff and encourage them to actively engage in events and added value offers e.g. network meetings, conferences, enrichment, celebrations, sports partnerships and corporate volunteering
  • Ensure the quality of each education programme for which you are responsible through reviews, rectification of any non-compliance and the implementation of any recommendations through our QA processes
  • Ensure partner delivery complies with the stages and processes outlined in tool-kits and any additional contractual obligations
  • Maintain up to date records, paper and electronic, accurately as required by and in line with the Company’s data protection policy or external funding contracts
