Skills and Experience:

  • University degree in business, computing or related fields
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant process management experience
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in leading cross functional teams and proven successful track record
  • Experience in managing Identity & Access Management activities
  • Management experience or proven ability to manage a multicultural team
  • Having the following certification is considered an advantage:
    • ITIL Certification
    • Project Management Certification, either Prince 2 or PMP/PMI
  • Knowledge of lean process improvement methodologies is an advantage

Description of work:

  • Define and propose policies applicable to IT service management and Identity & Access Management
  • Follow best practises and LEAN methodologies related to ITIL processes implementation:
    • Suggest additions or amendments to the IT Department’s service management strategy and related processes
    • Take ownership of the process improvement projects and act as a key driver to enhance service delivery and promote continuous improvement culture in the Service Management process area
  • Coordinate and evaluate strategic projects in own domain and ensure a high quality of deliverables
  • Coordinate, supervise and execute end-to-end transversal IT processes based on the ITIL framework, in order to support the delivery of IT services:
    • Coordinate the team of process managers and ensure that process improvement projects are delivered on time and according to requirements
    • Manage communication and quality measurement related to processes in the Unit’s scope
    • Provide oversight and reporting to IT management
    • Drive communication on process improvement and process management
    • Drive change management in the organisation during the implementation of process changes
  • Manage and develop staff members in the Operational Processes Unit to achieve the strategic objectives
  • Ensure the realisation of the initiative within the set scope, time and budget
